What to expect (process)

  2. Diagnosis
    We determine whether the issue is related to:

  • SSO or authentication

  • Account synchronization

  • Roles and permissions

  • Navigation or visibility

  1. Resolution or escalation
    We correct access or role issues where possible. If specialized changes are required, we will coordinate with the relevant system/application owner.

  2. Confirmation
    Once access has been restored or adjusted, we will update your ticket with what was done and confirm that you can successfully sign in and perform your task.
