Support for your official university identification card. Since your OneCard can acts as your library card, meal plan wallet, door key, and/or city bus pass, keeping it working is a priority. We assist with troubleshooting of OneCard Issues (ie. magnetic stripe/chip failures etc)

Who can not use this service?

 

  • Users without an issued OneCard.

  • Issues related to non-university cards or external systems.

How do I use this service?

  • Submit a request describing the issue with your OneCard.

  • Provide details such as card usage issue (access, payment, etc.).

  • Follow guidance provided by support staff for resolution or replacement.

  • ** Visit the Laurentian HUB if replacement is required.
