Whether you need help enrolling a new smartphone, resolving sync errors with your Authenticator app, or replacing a lost hardware token, this service helps ensure your login process remains secure, functional, and aligned with organizational security policies—so you retain uninterrupted access to critical systems and data.

🔄 What to expect (process)
Request submission
You submit an MFA Support request with a description of the issue (setup, troubleshooting, lost token, etc.).
Verification and intake
The support team may confirm details and perform any required identity verification before changes are made to MFA methods.
Troubleshooting / resolution
Support will guide you through remediation steps (e.g., resyncing the Authenticator app, re-enrolling a device, restoring access).
Replacement / re-enrollment (if needed)
If a phone is replaced or a token is lost, support will coordinate the appropriate steps to re-establish MFA access.
Confirmation and closure
Once MFA is working again, the ticket is updated and closed with the documented outcome.
